History of Madison & Mulholland:
CELEBRITY & VIP CHARITABLE GIVING EVENTS
We are dedicated to bringing awareness to our clients products & services through appropriate media and charitable events.
Our goal is to help elevate awareness and raise much needed funds for charities throughout the world. We work closely with celebrities and the media to make each gifting event not just about getting gifts but about GIVING personal items to enhance the value of a gift bag which will be used to raise money for a celebrity’s charity of choice.
Madison & Mulholland was launched October 6, 2004. The concept was to create an avenue for entrepreneurs to promote their products to the media via celebrity gifting. This relatively inexpensive non-traditional form of marketing has become known through-out the world. In 2002, prior to launching MM, Jane Ubell-Meyer co-founded “Buzz Bags”. Madison & Mulholland was one of the original celebrity gift bag companies in the world whose concept was to purposely shift the mindset and paradigm of gift bags and celebrity gifting. Eight years later Madison & Mulholland is known as one of the most respected gift bag companies in the world.
Who are we? For the past 9 years, Madison & Mulholland has been creating gift bags and gifting events around the world. We have gifted celebrities & VIPs in Los Angeles, UK, Cannes, New York, The Hampton Beaches, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Toronto as well as for Virgin America, United and American Airlines passengers.
JANE UBELL-MEYER is the founder and creator of CEO of Madison & Mulholland.
Jane has been a television and film producer for over twenty years. She began her career at Good Morning America and continued on to WABC-TV, she was one of the original producers on Regis Philbin’s Morning Show. She was a news writer and producer for the five o’clock news at WABC-TV in NYC. After 6 years at ABC, she left Manhattan to work for Entertainment Tonight in L.A. After four years of ET, she began a new career producing films. Her credits include: Co-Executive Producer for the Emmy nominated CBS-TV movie of the week: “Leona Helmsley: The Queen of Mean”. With business partner Brian RIx, they managed actors, writers and directors and produced the feature films, “Sioux City” & “Precious Find”. After her last film, Jane returned to NY to work for WSJ’s TV division to create and executive produce “Money/Style/Power”. Like most things on Wall Street, the TV station was bought out and the show went off the air. Jane went to work for Hearst Magazines in the licensing and branding division. After a year of branding Jane created a public relations firm with a partner for three years specializing in the dot com sector and beauty products. After 9/11 another shift occurred, Jane married her long time love and changed her direction to become (according to Time Magazine) the “Goodie Bag Guru” and created Madison & Mulholland, Inc.
